    Thank you Andrew.

I get a little annoyed after so many years of hearing so-called Skeptics and Scientists go out of their way to denigrate people who have expressed some rather controversial hypotheses that contradict the historical interpretations made by some of the World's "Authorities" on the subject

I would think that Truth is very important, (but not in all situations), and that the input of other's would only improve our inherent myopic view when it comes to matters of personal significance.  I found that our cherished views often keep us from finding the truth.

I think it was a Druid Master, ( or possibly Taliessin the Poet), who stated, and I paraphrase, "It is the mark of Wisdom that a man can listen to a fool and, even though his words be folly, learn from him".

    I seek Wisdom

I made many trips to Japan during my Navy career , and was always impressed with their classic style of building . I wish (now) that I had paid more attention to that than to their superb beer . Unfortunately , it didn't work out that way . No regrets though , and a whole seabag full of good memories .

Very interested in the concept of Alien Origins...it can't be definitively discounted out of hand, there is too much evidence, including that which has been officially buried! (However, it wasn't "Officially" discovered)...ordinary folks found items in the field, and they became "Officially" lost when turned over to "Peer Groups" for "Further Studies"!

The truth they have protected has nearly always been obsolete, framed in outmoded concepts, and defended zealously against heresy. Truth, under these conditions, has become a matter of authority rather than inquiry.

Well said, Gnomon. This kind of behavior needs to be called out. What are we going to have? The spirit of inquiry, or gatekeepers defending the authority of the status quo?

Nikola Tesla died on 7 Jan 1943. If there was a Philadelphia Experiment AND Tesla was part of it in October of that year, he too must have been a time traveller :)

Or more likely, the Eldridge never disappeared or moved through time, and Tesla is still dead.

Why do scholars insist on assuming that the earlier parts of the scrolls are mythical? The first thing the ancients say, is that the gods descended from heaven. Heaven would be the skies, and we know, the skies eventually become space. In an age where man has gone into space, why is it so hard to believe, that the gods were entities from outer space? That, even in times which are ancient history to us, entities from another world, could not have space travel with technology that is still far ahead of ours? We imagine all kinds of advanced technologies, warp drives, star gates, etc. and yet, we can not believe entities that have existed far longer than the human race, could not have developed what we can imagine, or something even better? What is there in natural law, that would prevent such entities from having longer lives, particularly if they come from a different world? What is there in science, particularly genetic science, that would prevent such entities from creating a hybrid race on Earth, combining their DNA with hominids native to Earth? These king lists, and even passages from the Bible, confirm that there were entities that lived much longer lives, in the days of our early civilizations. Around the times when human kings took over ruling from the gods, lives became increasingly shorter. Could this be because of the combination of the hybrids lives being shorter to begin with, and a lack of interbreeding with the alien entities, because they returned to the stars? We always have choices. In this case, we can choose between the disbelief of scholars, that the gods were myths, or we can choose to believe that our ancestors knew the gods had descended from heaven, because the gods told them what happened, created us, ruled us, then used us to labor for them in their gold mines, then left, when they had enough of the gold they came for.

This reminds me of something out of the Epic of Giglamesh and other similar stories. I doubt it is the birth site of mankind or civilixstion, but perhaps it is the original place of that group of people, that would make more sense. I doubt mankind all came from one place on this planet.

I wonder if city of the gos is an expression or metaphor, or was there some form of city there in the past. City is a relativly modern word that described a Noun so what did they mean by city?

How much evidence do they need? They denied other planets of other solar systems until 'Kepler space telescope' looked at them. Sometimes the obvious is fought against even harder.

Laser precision.....Another thought provoking site. Let's not jump to aliens, people were not as stupid in our past as we think they were, they could have had mroe advanced technology that is buried or wiped away or just so different that we can not recognize it. There have been so many disasters, famines, plaques, and the like over the years that all civilizations eventually fall and get buried throughout time, left to be rediscovered on eday and pondered over. WIll people 10,000 years from now dig up America and know what are technology is or what it was used for, or will they look at us and say,,,oh they had help from Aliens.

I am open to aliens and other intelligent life forms in the universe, I am open to the idea that they may have visited here in the path and could of had an influence on mankind. However we can not label everything we do not nderstand as alien encounters or something created by extraterrestials. There is so much uncovered history and so many topics we do not know enough about or know anything at all and if we label it Aliens then we may never know the truthl. It could have been aliens by why would they create a face looking up, could it have been a civiliation or tribe that is long gone, and we know nothing of them because we have no records or so few records of them. Some things may have been done my life froms not of this world, but a lot of could be from people we have yet to discover. Even in the 1950's there were tribes of people in this world that we just discovered and no little about, this poses the question of who else is out there waiting to be found.

That last half line of yours. "it's that they use suppression and ridicule as if they were valid". The real problem with so many topics. One does not reach a truth when that goes on. It pisses me off too.

The fact that old time paint artists even thought to place those certain shaped objects into their skies. The fact that thousands and thousands of witnesses, "credible" (another peeve) people of science and power, Pilots that are in the skies for decades, people of all walks, seeing the same objects long before known technology of men could be what they all saw. They have been around for a long time if not our origin. The only thing that will bum me out, is if time travel is possible.

There is no doubt in my mind that we have made several evolutionary leaps through or history, how and why is still vaslty unknown but the fact remains that we have made those leaps. The evidence is riddled everywhere, from our genes, to ancient civiliations and archaeology dig sites. There have been a leap in spirtuality, tools/technology, building, travel, etc. More research will reveal more info that will give gret depth to our views.
