And no one has done a better job of bringing this lore to life than Wagner in his monumental Ring cycle.

Surely you’re not implying that the God’s chosen people were actually…. extortionists! I’m shocked!  But then the bible does admit the hebrews plundered egypt as they left so…

kind of makes them sound like the first Federal Reserve or something.

Moses was a pharoh. Many books have been written on it, including a work by sigmun freud. This is why the most powerful currency in the world has a pyramid on it. The Jewish bankers who own the Federal Reserve banks are the same descendants of the same "money changers" whom Jesus overturned their tables. It is the reason Egypts head of antiquities refused to release the dna info he got from the pharoh. They did a whole giant special about decoding the dna, but after receiving the results, he changed his mind. That is the real reason Jews have been kicked from so many countries in history. Those at top know the truth. They keep the power by denying the truth to the masses. The people at the top call themselves Jews to conceal the truth. They are the ones in the bible who "claim to be my people, but are not , and instead worship in the synagogue of satan".

It's the "ancient lie"? The "new age thought"?

"And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever;" -Genesis 3:22

    So that was God.

    What were you saying again?

Bathsheba was not Davids daughter. he noticed her while standing on the roof of the palace. She was the daughter of Eliam and the wife of Uriah, whom he had killed. 2 samuel ch 11.
also read Chronicles ch 3. for Davids children names. And Davids blood line, lead to Jesus !

Many bridges today need to be replaced, they crumble, from prolonged traffic vibration and weather. ancient roman concrete has been subjected to earthquakes and time and their well, primitive, enduring recipes. some ancient concrete dont last because its mixture was simply not handled properly. and some of what we see today is fallen apart because it was taken apart for other projects, by other rulers, and war.
The pantheon and parthenon both could not be replicated today with our concrete methods. I would say those may be the only two roman buildings that out do our tech.

King David and Solomon were not egyptian. Solomon was not a pharaoh.
No egyptian believed in, Jehovah God.
OT is not suggestive, it is Gods word, so is NT. When writing about history, the bible being Gods word, will always be sincerely more accurate than any artifact found can give. By those trying to figure out what exactly happened to his mines, or his burial place or his face, for that matter. And the Christian belief is not about wishes, those are human thoughts, of those who don't believe, simply refusing the truth.

Thank you SO much for all of your blood, sweat and tears involved in this complicated investigation...to update us on this incredible story!  Although the most important artifacts, including the tablets with scripts...some of which appeared to be a daughter system of Phoenician...are now MIA, there are still clear photos of them from when Father Crespi was alive.  I would very much like to see ‘experts’ tackle them to determine their origin and possible dates.  I have personally spent many sleepless nights working on a couple of them and have recently submitted them to universities for assistance, including the Oriental Institute, Yale University and Mount Holyoke College.  Unfortunately I have been unable to locate anyone with both the background and time necessary to tackle this intriguing mystery.    Sadly I suspect that ‘New Illuminati’ may be right, and that the best artifacts originating from the Mediterranean region are now in the hands of rich ‘private’ collectors and this is being ‘covered up’.  I applaud your efforts and your well written articles on both Father Crespi and the Tayos Cave explorations! Bravo!!!

If these people did exist they were probably Anunnaki. We know what the gold was about and there is most likely none left laying around. In a while most of the humans on Earth will understand their real creators and their real purpose. We are well past the time for a new and more real religion.

Plants did not exist until 450 Million years ago.
Life wasn't Multicellular until 1.5 Billion years ago.
2 Billion years ago Eukaryotes barely existed.
2.8 Billion years ago, the only life around were simple prokaryotes, some of which maybe had the ability to photosynthesise.

So, your only proof of the Tanis pharaohs being the Judean kings is the similarity of the names? I was hoping that the second part of the article would expound on this and provide more evidence, but as it stands, i can not take any of this seriously as it is a piece that seems to jump to conclusions in each paragraph.

Don't get me wrong, it is a fun idea, but there is just nowhere near enough evidence to back up this claim. Let alone that the trove from the Valley of the Kings is the real Solomon's Mines.

Hiram Abiff is not in the Bible, its something found in Freemasonry. This doesnt mean Freemasonry got it from somewhere else. But its not in the bible. You need to mention this in the article rather than ignore it. Since we are probably lacking in documentation as to whether Hiram Abiff is entirely an invention of freemasonry, or came from someplace else, we have a hypothesis, it is not bad to have a hypothesis and try to connect missing pieces but we need to be aware thats what we are doing

Um... I realize this post is a couple of years old, but thought it prudent to mention: the article stated that modern concrete lasts about 120 years. Your "friend" claims that the cement used in the SF bridge would last a century. But you seem puzzled...?

A century = 1oo years, so if the article claims roughly 120 years, it would seem to be within the margin of error and corroborate your friend's claim.

So... again, why are you puzzled?

The problem with relying on the Ipuwer papyrus is that almost the entirety of it is contradictory to the account. Christians desperate for verification of the Old Testament stories have cherry picked the Ipuwer papyrus. One example of ignoring the entirety of the document is that it says that 'Asiatics' are arriving, not leaving Egypt.

    Hello Lilly,

The ancient Egyptian word seba (acutally sba, since they did not write vowels) means 'star,' as in a star up in the sky. The hieroglyph for sba is reproduced in the article above as the five pointed star. There are no alternative meanings for sba that would allow it to mean 'wealth' or 'vow.'

    Yours, in service,

    Jason
