Anthony Murphy Interview on Newgrange and Boyne Valley Mysteries
In this interview, Anthony Murphy discusses the mysteries surrounding Newgrange and other Boyne Valley monuments in Ireland. In particular, he sheds light on some of the intriguing connections that Newgrange has to the cosmos, such as equinoxes, solstices, lunar cycles, precession, Venus, the star Syrius and the Cygnus constellation. Newgrange, Knowth and Dowth are fascinating places. Really enjoyed this video of Anthony Murphy, which added extra texture to my appreciation of these sites which are so mysterious. It was interesting to hear the perspective of someone who has grown up in the Boyne Valley and who has studied the sites and the folklore and theories surrounding them.
