Robert W. Weber was born in Illinois, USA and spent most of his life there. He majored in History-Education at Illinois State University graduating with Department Honors, and continued his graduate education at the University of Nebraska-Kearney, graduating with a Master of Arts degree in History. He has been a computer technician and secondary teacher in public schools in Arizona and Illinois. He lives in Illinois with his wife Gisela.
