Lord Shiva, Vishnu etc are from a high civilization of about five billion years long. They are our top Civilization in our corner of the Universe (super cluster).
They came here during Lord Rama Time (in a different name) that has space ships and artificial intelligence and quantum communication etc for the Rama People. In other words, what you read in Avengers (Thor group) is the basis.
But the Lord Shiva and Krishna people were even higher up than Lord Rama Civilization. Just think about the time.
So, any one from Lord Vishnu civilization has a baby with a human (not possible) may or may not be human in spirit...that is a messy affair...
No human has these incredible power, unless the spirit is of divine level which the human body could not contain. That person would be dead in about ten years. But it is possible for that 10 years.
While humans do have the genes, we are no there yet....perhaps another 1000 years...with improved healthcare...but Eat Indian spices and fruits and vegetables....you will get there...

I'm a medical man and I wouldn't be expected of talking on paranormal. In fact, I didn't believe in it earlier but having seen one case of reincarnation in my extended family made me change my perspective.
At one of the marriage function of my extended family, a child came running to me and my sister and identified both of us by name although we had never met him. We were confused as we didn't recognize him until later we were made known the story.
The child in case, was the son of his current mother's elder sister in his previous birth. I and my sister had met him at that time at a family function. We were quite young and he was quite elder to us that time. Unfortunately he committed suicide with a gun during his college days.
The most astonishing part is that the child has unusual scar marks on the skin at both the temples consistent with the mode of death he put himself into in his previous birth.
This experience was of my school days. Some years later, when I was posted for psychiatry training during my internship, I asked the faculty there about past life regression: what was their take and how would they explain it? They answered, they had no scientific explanation for it. However, they tried to corroborate the subject's narrative objectively and they had data which would point to actual existence of the person bearing same name, living at the same place and corresponding to the same timeline as the subject would have narrated.

My mother´s last name, Uria, although Basque, is a biblical name that appears several times in the Old testament and the Torah. One of those Uriahs was the Hittite Heroe of King David that the latter sent to the fiercest battle so that he dies to take his wife Bathsheba (the mother of King Solomon). Uriah in Hurrian Ariya means "ruler" (according to p.1107of the Harpers´Bible Dictionary (1985)). And this is so interesting to me because please note that (according to Robert Antonio, from the World History Center), in the cuneiform Hittite texts, hurlili or language of the Hurrians is used, hence it is highly probable that Uriah from the Hurrians meant the same as for the Hittites: ruler. In the interesting information that you shared about the origin of that double headed bird symbol (found in Paracas, that thanks to the efforts like that of our colleague Brien Foerster, were people with European and Middle Eastern origin), it seems that it was the symbol of the ruler -Uriah-. And more support for this finding of the DNA test2, is the fact that the "Fuente Magna" (the stone bowl found in the shores of Lake Titicaca in the Bolivian side and that is housed in the "Museo del Oro" in my native city of La Paz), has all these symbols that were interpreted using proto-Sumerian language. And it really amazes me the information that you shared because in my main collage (that has been compared to the Guernica of Picasso), "Homage to the Universe" the main symbol is the bird wings I used, to represent freedom; of course it came from my artistic imagination. There is some similarity with Australian Aboriginal art, which in turn is related to their cultural story telling. While trying to connect with my inner self, God, and life as a teenager I practiced meditation to quieten my active thoughts. Just concentrating on the thought of ONE I could see the flower of life projected outside of me with my eyes. It was 3 dimensional and would rotate within itself and sometimes stand still. It seemed to move as my thoughts changed. At the time this was happening I had never heard of the flower of life and I didn't know what I was seeing. I asked my mom what this could be and she didn't know but thought it could be God watching over me. After having seen this several times I came to believe this was my consciousness or mind field. It seemed to be how the mind worked by constantly moving from one thought to another and finding connected areas of thought stored on my mind.
While I was seeing this external as with my eyes, I understood that this was not external but I was immersed within this energy field and this energy field was me that was attached to my body. It was only years later that I heard of flower of life and knew that was what I had seen. It seems people as well as myself still don't know what it means and how to connect it with our understanding of life. Our science is still lagging in the areas of our life and death construction as we are beginning to look at electrical movement within our brain. It seems to be the ultimate quantum computer and yes sometimes our thoughts do get mixed up but fortunately we don't have to reboot every time to sort them out.
