These look almost exactly like the ruts on the Oregon Trail in the Northwest U.S. which were cut in only a few decades (c. 1830 - 1870) by metal-rimmed wagon wheels. No need for it to have been muddy ground that then petrified; stone is not as impervious as some geologists seem to think.

The host civilization would’ve already had their own architects. They likely didnt need help with this as they already had their large construction project before the appearance of their first pyramids.

The timeline is contained in the first image of the article. There were periods of over a thousand years for such contact to occur.

It's a good point of view but in this case every castaway's ship would had at least an architect, a very good one, in his crew. I think it's much more probable in a normal, and maybe stable, world wide web of relations. How many years ago? Difficult to say but probably before the conventional history account.

Genesis 6:4 speakes of giants on the earth.   There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. These were the days after Noahs time. The Bible has many stories of giants in the earth. There can be no denying of this fact. Who’s to say they haven’t been on earth or who’s to say their not amongst us today?

actually it was hair samples taken, person dies hair still grows, hair core is tested. the person has to ingest then pollutants, they are then discharged through nails and hair. its not falling tobacco from your cig prof get with it, i'm not saying it didnt happen it's just hair samples don't lie, ask anyone who has had a hair sample drug screen. personally in my opinion i think their was a seafaring race that was wiped out after the great melting of the last ice age, putting all shore line civs underwater by 400 feet. BTW cocaine was found in a few egyptian mummies, more are being tested as we speak. let us not mention the cocao found in jars and vases in some tombs thats another subject.
We think so high of ourselves like we are the most advanced.how many years did the dark ages take us back. the spaniards thought they mayans were below them yet they new more about the galaxy than us until we started using satalite telescopes. even right now we are 1 great planatary disaster away, IDK what do you think prof how far would it take us back in knowledge.

No direct evidence that buddhism was present in Egypt or Meroe is listed in the article. What if the Indians depicted by statuettes were followers of contemporary form of hinduism? And how do we know that gymnosophists were buddhists, not hinduists? http://www.persee.fr/docAsPDF/rea_0035-2004_1992_num_94_3_4507.pdf Many references on the topic are missing, e.g. book by I. I am just starting to put two and two together based on Hints and Contributions here at Ancient Origins! Articles by the wonderful team of experts here at AO and the replies of others have pointed me in this direction of discovery. So much is starting to fall together and make sense.

If I didn’t think the Spam Filter would grab it...I would compile a list of mostly internal AO article links that all point to this theory of possibility for you. There are a bunch of them!

Morning Cathy,  Your welcome and thank you for mentioning the math.  If correct each division of twelve at Stonehenge should have:

    2 ½ large stones    2.5 x 864 years = 2160     and

    5 small stones        5 x 432 years   = 2160

Good things in your future.    tom

To Thomas O. Mills, What you are saying is very interesting. I've unfortunately been caught up in the minutiae and missed the forest for the trees! Your comparison of the Hopi Religion to sites like Stonehenge are quite fascinating and seem to have a lot of merit. You did the math for us, too. I like the way your mind works. It's intriguing how you came upon this theory. I really want to see the doc and read the recommended material. Thank you for this enlightening article.

Evening, J.R. I think with all of your research, you have come to the crux of the matter of past civilizations and their time(s) on earth. I, too, am beginning to put credence in your conclusions from a little research of my own. I was blessed to have spent some time on the "res" with some Hopi friends. (We spent time together elsewhere as well). But our friendship was based mostly on Art and Second Mesa activities. Most of the studying I've done is from books, classes with a Hopi-Navajo teacher and visiting various sites on my own. Enjoying your input!

Dec 25th was originally a pagan holiday (Yule). If you look deeper into the bible, it is more likely that Jesus was born in the spring due to the way the shepherds were tending to their flock. The only reason we celebrate his birthday on Dec 25th was to try to merge the pagan celebration of Yule with either the Christian or Catholic beliefs (I can't remember which off the top of my head currently) in an attempt to convert pagans. Dec 25th isn't just about the birth of christ.
I'm not here for an argument, and will not be responding to any posts after this. I'm just here to spread a bit of information~

I think the Scriptures are clear. Read them. I can’t see any diseases, asteroids, or whatever can realistically be read into a straightforward narrative. A glorified being is hard to look at without some physical damage. So no big deal. Remember Paul eas originally called Saul. He typed ancient King Saul of Israel. King Saul lost his place in the Kingdom of God. Paul did not – he overcame the Benjamite tendencies (Paul also was a vegemite). He did this by the power of the Holy Spirit being exercised by him in contrast to King Saul.

Paul was glad to have survived that traumatic event, if this story is true. This must have changed his religious belief. You can not discredit a scientific theory, your read this. Your facts are coming from a biblical perspectives.

They had invasive treatments? Have you ever been female .... sheesh. Annually you get in the stirrups and someone spelunks your vaginal canal and smashing your teats between flat plates and taking pictures, and after the age of 50 they urge shoving a camera up your arse. If you do have chronic pain, they refuse to give you adequate pain killers "because you might become addicted or sell the medications" [sorry, my spinal stenosis isn't getting better any time soon ...] or just outright claim you are faking it to get medications [hell, the Navy medical system used to treat us poor females as if we were making it all up to get attention because our husbands were deployed and we were feeling neglected. Sorry, my kidneys being infected enough to go into shutdown wasn't imaginary, nor was my PCOS - those golf ball sized clots were not imaginary either]

And the dangerous medications - some of the best medications were plant based, digitalis for heart conditions and colchicine for gout both came from plants ... and colchicine is still used.
