Perhaps we should rethink the "The coming out of Africa" theory and consider a "Coming out of Siberia" theory.

I am sure Henry VIII had every intention to marry Anne of Cleves and then annul the marriage if he figured he did not want her as his queen. He was probably very well informed that she had been bethrothed and kept that to himself as his Ace in the Hole to annul their marriage. .........
Since Anne of Cleves was made His Beloved Sister, that kept her in high respect and did not disgrace her, satisfied any offence her family would have had regarding the annulment, and kept her on English soil. That in and of itself provided England with a German ally: Her family. Henry had it all figured out before he met her. Why else did he disregard the warnings?

    Respectfully,
This is only assuming with no definitive proof that the story is true and not simply a work of fiction to explain natural phenomena. Much of mythology from the time this story was written was used to fill in where they lacked in scientific understanding by way of a divine explanation for all of the natural world. Most was by way of exaggeration of observed events. Can you prove that all the details of this story are true exactly as it is written and verifiable by a scientific community. If not, you and myself included can only speculate based only most probable causes because "blind faith" is simply not enough for proof. It never was.
The larger issue at hand is religion and religious texts are classified as fiction. Without extraordinary proof, extraordinary claims cannot be substantiated from fiction to non fiction. Which I must admit is the spirit of this site. To bring to the forefront possible extraordinary proof for a candid audience, or at least a commentary that opens a dialogue for an alternative possibility. But sadly, to date, no religion on the planet of Earth has been proven to be non-fiction. All religions and religious texts have fallen into the area of mythology, legend and are still fictional. Which ultimately calls into question the details of events, the accuracies of their statements and claims. It is very possible this story is a complete fabrication to explain that natural phenomenon. Then details would have been conveniently altered to fit what was called "typology" during those days of literary fiction and paired with a religious lesson to make the mythical story that was presented. The very fact that the story has a numerical component that is prominent reoccurring theme in the story (7 and 40) and a religious component about feeding it's followers, points to its fictional creation. This is then reinforced and grounded to the people of those times in an observation of a natural event. Much like the explanation of solar eclipses, regions with vulcanism, a population boom of frogs, a red algae bloom, a land bridge caused by tides and finally star jelly falling from the sky. Sometimes the simplest explanation for natural events is the right one and not what we would like it to be based on our faith.

Id met a guy named kevin hay on facebook once. Hed love to post updated and improved tesla patent designs and pictures of the giant fuit veggies and cannabis hed grown.. he used a reference from the vedas, and a machine of his own design to "churn seawater" to produced the "gods" elixer of life . I believe the term he used was magnetic induction.. the resulting liquid was white, and tasted rather like (barely) honeyed wafers.. it contains every nutirient that life in general needs to thrive.. and when it dries out is rather flaky and crumbly.. and being exposed to em radiation will break it down and render it useless.. if the strict God of the old testament was actually a sumerian/vedic god on a power trip then itd tie it together rather nicely... Food for thought

Vikings only existed from the 8th century, a good three hundred years after the Romans left Britain in 410AD, and a long time after the collapse of the Roman empire. So no, the Romans never took anything from the Vikings. Honestly, If you're going to comment on these articles, at least get your facts right!

The snarky last sentence was neither needed nor appropriate, but like all. lefties, the author had to inject a snarky political comment into the mix, So very adolescent, it diminishes what could have been an otherwise informative column.

Nothing here about the pig’s blood. Previous stories I’ve read championed their use of that substance to allow their concrete to harden underwater. Either way, they definitely had a way to make it hold up better than any we make today.

i tend to rely on science rather than so called magic men that dream up death rays and other rediculous things when the rest of humanity was still in the stone age. i grew up with spiritualists and one thing i learned is its almost complete imagination and 0% actual science. so far as we know the isle of santorini much more closely follows what plato described as atlantis. as for bimini i personally think something is there but its not atlantis aliens or lizard people but ruins long ago built and submerged do to changing climent as has been found using actual science all over the world. the beliefs in cayces prophacy is like believing superman is real as described in the comics. time wasted of fantastic and debunked nonsense takes away from real finds and the study of human engineering and history. maybe cayce got lucky on a few things but so did orwell verne and wells but i wouldnt call them magic either and more than ide give any consideration to the entertainment that is the fiction ancient aliens show. stick with the science, its much more fascinating and real. we are finding out so much of our true origins and ubearthing new finds changing the narritive of human history development and civilization. that is whats real not sleeping snake oil salesman and the gullible.

Yep.  not to mention the countless tales of a mysterious land to the west in Europe and the Western African region.  And of course we have the Aztec’ Atzlan vs Plato’s Atlantis. if the Mid Atlatnic ridge was exposed, as it likely was at the same time, it would have been a great jumping off point.

Isn’t it amazing how so-called historians always portray the muslim conquests of europe  as being completely ok, where everyone lived in peace under muslim rule for hundreds of years… while always make the Europeans out to be racists, bigots, etc when they finally liberated themselves from Muslim oppression and centuries of murder. The crusades were responses to the conquests of europe. Ask any Greek or Bulgarian about their families views of Turks and you’ll realize those hundreds of years of occupation were not benign.

A sample size of three people with light brown skin, dark hair, and brown eyes more than likely had variation  including both light and black hair. If you’ve ever known a lot of Persians, you’d know it is not uncommon to have blue, green, or hazel eyes. I dated a Persian girl in college with amazing hazel eyes. You’ll find this in any group of people who do not share genetics with sub saharan african and Asian lineage, and Ancient egyptians had less sub-saharan african in their blood than they do today.

What ends for us here actually goes on forever in "heaven." Actually heaven is all of space with no concept of limited time. It isn't a place because that would mean it stopped somewhere. There is no one or nothing waiting for us. "We" go back to eternity. Peacefully. I hope.
