I don't think the mask belonged to Nefertit. There have been previous reports that the mask and sarcophagus were made for a woman by other Egyptologists. I think the mask more likely belonged to
Pharaoh Queen Hatshepsut. One of her surviving statues, side by side with the mask, is practically a dead on match. I have always thought the mask looks like Hatshepsut.
Why would the mask have been converted for Tutankhamun's use unless the Queen's mummy was secreted elsewhere? I await further results of this investigation with great anticipation.
Fascinating discovery and will be interesting to see how it develops and further theories on the reasons for mumification - my first thought would be linked to ancestor worship.
I don't mean to burst your bubble here, but I am not following your argument. That the Bosnian pyramids are anthropogenic because the contemporary academic theory about how the Egyptian pyramids were constructed is wrong, is not a logical conclusion. I am not saying that they are or that they aren't, but discrediting a very broad group of people about a distant, tangentially related point does not validate any claim made on the Bosnian pyramids. Please provide specific verification for why they are man made. This should be relatively easily solved, by either side. Osmanagich posits that the material unearthed is poured concrete, geologists say that it is the same material in the surrounding area and that is it not of a unique composition. Why doesn't Osmanagich provide the specific details of the material unearthed that indicate it was poured concrete? There's no reason to get emotional or defensive, a simple objective analysis will reveal the facts.
One of the stelae at Armana referred to Nefertiti as coming from the north, and as being "fair of face". She may have been a princess from a northern region which worshipped the sun and influenced her husband to change to the monotheistic religion of the Aten.
Thank you for quoting my theory on Leonardo's mother.
In fact very few historians believe that Monna Lisa Gherardini del Giocondo has anything to do with the Mona Lisa at the Louvre. About my book: http://www.lascarpublishing.com/leonardo/

It's a pretty horrible tale, and is it significant that Robert Browning chose to tell it at length? I was not surprised that the story was a series of speculations and not a definitive story. Not that I really expected one, but it is irritating that the site will keep trying to inject excitement into its stories. Isn't ancient history or discussions of mysteries enough?
Nothing in history is clear cut as any decent historian knows, so why sensationalise it?
I often think it refers to the Children's crusade, which was led by a charismatic youth but none or few of the children returned alive. Except the leader, though he probably never returned to the assembly point from which he gathered recruits. Some died at sea like present day refugees, others of disease or starvation on the way.
You obviously don't know the definition of "prehistoric." Prehistoric literally means before written history. Basically, anything before 2600 BC is prehistoric. Most of what you've been posting are historic artifacts.
Why not explore the Atlantis origin? Ignoring for a a moment the silly Smithsonian model of chimp 4M years ago.. to Lucy in Ethiopia.. whose progeny went 10K Km walkabouts to become Chinese, German, Indian etc.. Atlantis and Mu destroyed each other in 9498BC, (The Pleiadian Mission by Randolph Winters). By then the Atlantians had migrated to Pyranees etc. http://therhnegativefactor.webs.com/chapter6.htm
Kostas,
I would be highly interested in your opinion on some etymological analogies that might have occured to me in the Phoenician environment. Would you be interested in sharing some of your knowledge?
If so, would you agree on giving you personal contact privately?
What about languages that have no vowels in them, written and spoken. Are they the oldest and can they trace back to a time when we or our ancestors could not hear vowels sounds. Could chimps be taught one of these languages and would they have a better comprehension due to hearing. Thus be able to communicate intelligently.

Quite so, Josh. Cayce said so. http://therhnegativefactor.webs.com/chapter6.htm. See my earlier comment.

The Basques are remenents of Atlantis. The shining Isles of Ireland were the Eastern most part of the continent sized island that sank into the sea.
