Some time later, I tried again. It was clear again but everything was gone, including the chain link fence around the area. However, across the valley to the north was a new complex with helipad. It was built bunker style, like it was underground. You can see it today. I believe the Saudis know exactly what went on there.

Just read the Premium article Hunting the Lions: The Last King of Assyria, and the Death of the Empire by Cam Rea which speaks of Judean King Josiah using many Greek mercenaries as he tried to protect his borders, especially those in the south which bordered on Egypt.
From my own studies I know that Pharaoh Necho (Neco) of Egypt, was determined to wage war against Assyria. But the kingdom of Judea stood in his way. Even though the pharaoh assured King Josiah that he wanted only safe passage through Judea, Josiah obvious did not believe him. The two armies met at Meggido where the Egyptians routed the Judeans. King Josiah was injured and carried back to Jerusalem where he died.
My point is that if Josiah used all these mercenaries, surely they brought Greek culture and pottery with them. Don’t know about them going north to attack Laish but I would assume that the victorious Egyptians would retaliate against those who fought with the Judeans. I do know that much of Judea paid tribute you Egypt for many years until the Egyptians retreated due to internal conflicts in Egypt. This led, years later to the invasion of Babylon in which the Israelites were taken to Babylon.

If you meant the latter, that isn't true. Rotation periods are all over the place, there isn't a steady increase in rotation periods as distance to the sun increases.
There is a steady increase in orbital periods as distance from the sun increases, for obvious reasons.

Still seems very far fetched that a few "miracle swords" were made locally even though there technology had been around more then a thousand years further east. Since the science is not definitive or peer reviewed, it might be possible...but not likely that the blade steel was from Germany. The minerals analysis was done on one sword and only the pommel and hilt supported there claim.
Consider this. Weapons technology during war spreads fast. In the time of Ulbrecht there was little development and a lot of war. There were multiple swords made over 2 centuries(??). Why would they not mass produce these locally sourced swords if it was in there capability?

What the statistics above show is that every planet orbits the sun and if you are standing on each of the planets, these are the number of days each planet would have in a year or for the time it would take for that planet to circle the sun. The statistics very clearly indicate that the planets farthest from the sun obviously have long years or revolutions around the sun so they logically have much more days. The planets closet to the sun have smaller years or less time to orbit the sun and so have proportionally fewer days per year. The relationship is rather obvious really, but please note the number of rotations or days specified here are what each planet would have if you lived on each planet, not increments of 24 hrs from earths perspective. If you were to sit on Mars and revolve one full revolution around the sun, you would experience 670 days, or rotations. So for Venus a year is 224 Earth days and it rotates 243 days so in a year Venus basically has one day if you sat on it.
It is therefore logical to conclude that if the Earth had 420 days then yes as you say the rotations would be faster, but this is not the only answer. When considering the evolutionary changes that have occurred on Earth with regards to species size and adaptive changes, then your planetary movement suggestion could be reconsidered. It is perhaps far more logical to consider the possibility that 420 days in a year could be recorded if the distance of the Earth was further from the sun and this also explains the evolutionary changes.
Just want to jump in to point out that Venus rotates so slowly because something flipped its axis nearly 180 degrees. This also makes its rotation a retrograde motion, which means there is serious drag on it, so the rotation is slowing down rapidly(cosmically speaking).

Regarding the lozenge, This is one of those puzzles where the experts will continue to argue. The shape is not uncommon in the ancient world and may well have astronomical significance. The problem here is that is size precludes the necessary accuracy required for astronomy. It does seem a strong probability that this is a scaled down model of something very much larger and a symbol of position, possibly denoting the wearer as an astronomer which would have much greater import then than now. Again, regarding the dimensions of this I have seen a number of conflicting reports and hence without a definitive set of measures it is impossible to assess whether there is any revealed symbolism via the measures known to have been in use. What the statistics above show is that every planet orbits the sun and if you are standing on each of the planets, these are the number of days each planet would have in a year or for the time it would take for that planet to circle the sun. The statistics very clearly indicate that the planets farthest from the sun obviously have long years or revolutions around the sun so they logically have much more days. The planets closet to the sun have smaller years or less time to orbit the sun and so have proportionally fewer days per year. The relationship is rather obvious really, but please note the number of rotations or days specified here are what each planet would have if you lived on each planet, not increments of 24 hrs from earths perspective. If you were to sit on Mars and revolve one full revolution around the sun, you would experience 670 days, or rotations. So for Venus a year is 224 Earth days and it rotates 243 days so in a year Venus basically has one day if you sat on it.
It is therefore logical to conclude that if the Earth had 420 days then yes as you say the rotations would be faster, but this is not the only answer. When considering the evolutionary changes that have occurred on Earth with regards to species size and adaptive changes, then your planetary movement suggestion could be reconsidered. It is perhaps far more logical to consider the possibility that 420 days in a year could be recorded if the distance of the Earth was further from the sun and this also explains the evolutionary changes.
Just want to jump in to point out that Venus rotates so slowly because something flipped its axis nearly 180 degrees. This also makes its rotation a retrograde motion, which means there is serious drag on it, so the rotation is slowing down rapidly(cosmically speaking).

It was recently established that Nile Rat fleas are most likely to have been the original host of plague bacteria and Y. pestis epidemics actually began to show up in Egypt around 1500 BCE (Ebers Papyrus), much earlier that originally thought. Seems the Black Death requires dense population centers to become pneumonic and begin to burn through hosts.
