Glad to see this "handbag" symbolism get more review. Have wondered about these items and their universal appearance for decades. The best explanation was Graham Hancock's TBH: These Gnostic missionaries were simply reteaching humanity "civilization" after the great cataclysm of 11,600 BC. And they went to every corner of the earth to do it...
As much as I would like to see something real in the photos, I simply cannot. Pareidolia, nothing more and nothing less. I have a great imagination, but not so overactive that I would even consider falling for what you are correct in calling “total BS”.
Without any evidence, of any kind to put a date, or even a general period in history on the objects, I simply will not buy any of this fabrication. There are many real artifacts which lay undiscovered on our beautiful planet, and frankly, neither you nor I have time to waste on obviously fraudulent claims such as this one.
It seems that we are very much in agreement in this case.
For a tale that was set in Cornwall, people make a good job of erasing Cornwall out of the picture. And thats not to say there wasn’t a Cornish miracle play based on an Arthur written at Glasney College. And what about Lyonesse and Tristan and Iseult? Not to mention what they did in the numerous plen-an-gwary lying around Cornwall.
The Navajo were clan breeders by tradition. during the eventual internment and the "long walk" to Ft. Sumner their population bottlenecked. as a result of this bottleneck and their tradition of clan marriage they have been cursed with a genetic anomaly known as xeraderma pigmentosa. it normally affects about 1 in a million, but with the Navajo it affects about 1 in 250. today becuase of this clan marriage is not recommended by genetecists studying this xp.
while ancient people didn't understand the mechanics of genetics, during population bottlenecks, climate change and other natural disasters, they did learn that inbreeding may produce offspring with 3 heads sharing a single eyeball. of course i exaggerate but our ancestors did know how to figure stuff out, they were not stupid
Aside from what others are talking about I'd defy anyone to climb the head and not need a hand up from someone already up there. That's all the old sketch shows. However, the hatch could be real or it could be photo shopped. All we need as proof is drone footage over the Sphinx. Anyone able to provide proof other than one old photo that the hatch actually exists on the sphinx's back?
So you agree it's a simple case of Pareidolia?
Because it's nothing more than that.
12k years old? Based on what? There is no way the stone could have been dated, as we currently have no technology to do so.
According to the article the researchers still have to find any other form of artifact to actually be a form evidence to prove the 12k claim.
AND a lot of hoax finds come from that large area (Russia, Ukraine, etc) and my guess is that this is such a 'find'.
"Look! Some weird looking rocks! Let's call them an Eagle and a Dragon and say they are man-made!"
Just for 5min of fame. Sorry.. 'fame'.
And if you look closely, and imagine a bit, you can see that these pics are altered, and you're just looking at a re-colored picture of clouds in funny shapes.
Found in 2013 and 4 (!!) years later they decide to bring the info?
Right.
If you want to read about some real black magic read about the Kabalah. Not that funny that hollywood types are into this type of magic whereby on communes with demons for wordly gain and power.
Wasn't it also one of the desert tribes in the Four Corners [Navajo maybe?] that you could marry outside of clan [like Bear could marry anybody but Bear clan] so it was fairly exogamous?
General comment. As humans were developing would there not have been some 'side species' which never went anywhere and died out ? And surely also some abnormalities would have occurred just as they do today. Just a thought
That is what adventure is all about. The unknown, the excitement and of course, the element of risk. Of course I would open the door to the inner chamber, but not without a strong dose of a life saving emotion...fear!
For now, I am going to need to reserve judgement of this seemingly game changing find until I see a bit more scientific evidence. Once the DNA sequencing is completed, along with more in depth scans, we may have a conclusive result. Is it fact,of is it fake? Time and more study may just reveal the truth.
Eskimo tribes when early explorers first encountered them would invite them to sleep with their women and consider it an insult if they refused. I always felt it was their way of taking advantage of any available new gene pool.
you are correct in many aspects. the Mid-Atlantic ridge would have been exposed in the same time frame as this and the Bering Land Bridge. the Aztec lost city story is very similar to the Atlantis one (pronounce Atlantis like they would've during Plato's time)
The updraft at the center of a hurricane, especially a powerful one, would be more than enough to draw small creatures and inanimate objects up into the eye, and deposit them possibly hundreds of miles from where they originated. Rocks, however are a different story entirely due to their mass.
Living, as I do, within several kilometers of an active volcano, I am familiar with tiny particles of volcanic glass which rain down on the area during certain types of volcanic emissions. Larger rocks are ejected during times of increased activity, but normally travel no further than several hundred meters from the caldera.
maybe look at a 3 d image of the lines see which ones are a metre which ones are 2 metres 3 metres in width etc.and see what image it makes. lines 1 metre may be further away from lines that are 3 metre s wide. could do the same with Nazca lines creating a hologram picture of something
Marcahuasi was one of the first places I looked at in researching “The Sibold Effect.” I saw a huge similarity between the combination of supernatural activity and creative anthropomorphic rock sculptures and “The Lost Tribe of Clover Hollow” It’s a prime example of the spirit/nature relationship.

Right.
I call total BS.
If you want to read about some real black magic read about the Kabalah. Not that funny that hollywood types are into this type of magic whereby on communes with demons for wordly gain and power.
So this was before Moses?

Does anyone know of any archeological excavations at these sites? Would be very interesting to see what , if anything was found.
