Very interesting post, David Alan Ritchie. Could you give me some sources? I didn't know the linguistic link Hebrides/Ebra. If you could suggest some reading, I would appreciate it.

The philogist Cyrus H. Gordon wrote a lot about ancient sea travels by semitic people such as the Hebrews and Phoenecians.

Gordon showed in Riddles in History the authenticity of many previously disputed semitic texts found in north and south America, by their internal riddles, that old forgers wouldn't have known about because linguists only figured them out in the last few decades.

The riddles included religious dedications and the author's name, in some cases. Some very complex, buried in actual text, and others jumbled into codes without actual textual readings.

If one starts from the premise that humans evolved “up” from something lesser, then one looks for things like “missing links.”

But if one starts from the genetic evidence, a different conclusion arises.  Genetics tells us that not very long ago, perhaps 70,000 years of so based on estimates of mutation rates, almost all humans died out.  Some geneticists estimate as few as 2000 breeding humans survived, at least from the genomes studied.

If a worldwide catastrophe hit the Earth, such as the asteroid impact that killed many of the dinosaurs, and if humans survived in small pockets around the world, they would have suffered many mutations from the lack of genetic diversity.

Those mutations could have created all the creatures we think of as different species.  Not really different species but different genetic expressions of the phenotype by mutations.

With worldwide interbreeding over millennia, the mutations more or less stabbilized into today’s humans.  But many mutations occur daily, with birth defects affecting huge percentages of babies born around the world.

When one starts from an assumption backed by no evidence – that today’s humans evolved “up” from something lesser, rather than down from something superior – you look for “missing links.”

But if you look at humans realistically, you can see we did not evolve our big brains under the current climactic conditions.  Humans didn’t evolve eating rice and wheat and other grasses.  As far as we know, humans began the agricultural “revolution” only a few thousand years ago.  Recently anthropologists have found evidence of oatmeal use in very old caves.

But humans as a species most easily eat fruit, the perfect food for people.  Not only does it provide the perfect nutrition for the human brain and body, it purifies water.

Humans and other apes don’t drink like four legged creature, by lapping up water.  Gorillas get their moisture from their diet.

Some terrible catastrophe ended this perfect environment for humans, something human myths remember in tales such as the Garden of Eden.

I think the entire idea of evolution as viewed by Darwin – a basically racist view that life evolved upward until it culminated in God’s perfect creation, the English gentleman – needs scapping.

We can see life forms have changed drastically.  But why and how?  Up, down, or sideways?

We know for a fact that pre-agricultural humans had much bigger brains than we have today, on average.  And despite claims about greater complexity, we also have many studies that show a very strong correlation between bigger body and brain size and higher intelligence.

Something super bad happened to the Earth.  Genetics shows that most humans died off not so long ago.  I think humans survived in pockets around the world and because of the very small population sizes, lots of mutations occurred.  And around the world, people mutated in different ways.  Some became the Neanderthal, some Denovisans, some others.  Slowly over many millenia, humans traveled and had sex.  Over many millenia, humans “stablized” into our current form.

But any doctor or other person who delivers babies regularly will tell you that many mutations occur to this day.

and that they mutated in different ways.

This allows you to match up all bays and Islands, some of the rocks are a bit lost but I have requested some information from the region and will try to obtain some additional old maps.

I don’t wish to shatter the World map concept but this does match geographical details and is a better scale.

'' Tombofjesus.com has all the facts '' Who says those are facts ? At minimum it is just a theory / assumption ! 1. Of course there was no Jesus as the christians think there was for virgin births and the miracles , resurrection , wine from water, walking on water etc do not exist ! 2. Mythicist found out that all themes in gospels around Jesus are copied from older myths and even OT stuff and the sayings are also from elsewhere so there is noting unique to the gospels and not a bio from a Jesus. As far as we know and can deduct from evidence ( to contrary of christian stance) there never existed a historical Jesus ever. ( apart from the name Yeshua, yoshua or Yashua which was a common name at that time. ) In Lawrence Gardner book about Jesus he said similar things about the poison vinegar he got and that he was not dead from cross and that he was healed by one of his peers with myrrh and other stuff but instead of going to India he went to Europe and England and was even in Italy. The miracles were all tricks and healing technics Jesus allegedly learned with the Essene sect.

Why are you questioning these 3 points ? All those questions are already answered and what have those to do with the shroud of Turin.
    1. The universe is 14 billion years old and the earth is 4 billion years old .
    2. There were floodings local and more bigger due to melting icecaps not due to a God being angry ( God does not exist) but the biblical flood never happened. The flood myth is a copy paste and edit by Jewish scribed in 6th c bc from Sumerian tales and that is a fact. Noach did not exist and the Ark did not exist. so nope we are not descendants from Noach.

The shroud of Turin fake or not it is not the image of Jesus, there never was a historical Jesus and the bible story is made up ! simple

The fellow who first translated the Chaldean account of the Flood stated it seemed to be about 30 thousand years old, "but of course we know that can't be true", he said. He believed the earth to be less than 7 thousand years of age.

The soap stones in the middle appear to have a common starting icon. If the Indus Valley hieroglyphs are to be taken from right to left, the common symbol, which looks like a pitted olive, appears to indicate some type of beast, perhaps one related to great size.

In 1967 a satellite named ESSA-3 was sent to take photograph's of the North pole region, one clearly show's the hole the photo's were first published by a American magazine editor Raymond Palmer.
Fast forward to 1972 the Apollo 16 show's yet again the northern opening from there flight.
I would also like to highlight a short YouTube video titled "Rotating sphere of water in microgravity " I don't think I need to be reminded, but everything in space rotates.
"the hollow earth enigma" by author Alec Maclellan theorizes that the earth is not alone with the concept and all planet's may share this fetcher, witch may explain why we have not found life on other planet's.
I will leave it there for now but this rabbit hole goes much deeper I have barley scratched the surface.

I have walked on some old Roman roads in Great Britain, what a strange sense of history to experience !

In Boston, or thereabouts, I would like to walk upon an ancient stretch of this road, if a stretch exists somewhat in original form ? I do understand that by now it has been paved, almost certainly. Still, is there any old and sort-of-original stretch of this road still existing in the Boston area ?

    Thanks in advance,

Fascinating theory in The Second Messiah by Christopher Knight and Robert Lomas.  They think it’s Jacques de Molay’s image, postulating that he was wrapped in that cloth after he was tortured nearly to death (deliberately mimicking the wounds of Jesus) when Philip IV went after the Templars.

The Hebrew religion was POLYTHEISTIC from the very beginning. They believe in many gods as any other society in ancient times. They just became monotheistic later. So, the PLURAL reference in the old texts is literary a reference of the ancient Hebrew GODS in their old pantheon.

The argument of this biblical passage refers to the "angels" is just an excuse made by some Christian apologists trying to ide the real meaning of that reference and the polytheistic past of the Hebrew people. They just try to confuse people about that.
