"Since it has never been found, the "Ark," it is clearly some man made figment of their imaginations."
The logic is a little faulty.
By the same reasoning the dead sea scrolls didn't exist. Well, until they were found.
And all those wooden boats that rotted away thousands of years ago and were never found were figments of someones imagination.
goodman asks, among other things, “Is there any genetic evidence, when the disease of albinism first occured in modern humans?”
Here’s the thing. Albinism is not, by any stretch of the imagination, a disease. It is a congenital condition, and comes with a predisposition towards having specific health problems throughout life, but it is nothing more than a lack of melanin in one’s body. The only way it could be considered a disease, is to also consider it the same disease as having freckles and/or being white. White people have less melanin than brown people, while albinos have even less than that. Freckles mean one has melanin rich and poor patches. It’s doubtful that you’ll find any medical text or dicitionary listing these conditions as a disease, but one never knows.
When did this begin to happen in modern man? I have no idea. You can probably find that answer with a Google or Bing search, though One more thing. About there being genetic evidence? Finding testable samples that old might be a shot in the dark, and mostly blind luck.

Agreed! Archeology is a marvelous profession, but its practitioners have their own dogmas and presumptions that need to be challenged from time to time. I am skeptical about this "discovery," but it deserves to be checked out.
Could Swiss jewelers determine whether this ring/watch is of a type that was made in Switzerland during any particular period of history?
Well so much for a boat eh? That new "Ark" exhibit in Kentucky is a farce, always has been. No way in hell could some dude grab 2 of every animal, sharks, eels, penguins, giraffes, polar bears, grizzly bears, sloths, ants, termites, etc and put them on a boat. Since it has never been found, the "Ark," it is clearly some man made figment of their imaginations. Most likely the "Ark" would have been a DNA repository for the future to save the animals on this planet. Sadly religion has perverted the minds of scientists and laymen alike to the point of no return. Religion is and always will be the complete downfall of humanity. Those without religion are the only ones who will be left standing after the holy wars are completed and then religion will be wiped out once and for all from the record and reason will once again rule.
I agree with most probability that this is a false story. But, I still derived enjoyment out of it in imagining the projected scenario and with the possible stories that could be imagined from such an adventure. True or not, The contemplation is still stimulating to the mind!!!
Does anyone besides myself see the description under the map (above) as a little sad, a little funny, but mostly as the perfect example of the complete breakdown of western education ???!!
The brewing industry likes to call everything beer, but without a doubt the weak alcoholic beverages, especially the thick/musty concoctions described in this article, were definitely ale... Not beer. Beer is a relatively modern invention.
Warm fermented, minimal carbonation (flat), hopless, often fruity or spiced ALES.
This is likely the most accurate analysis of the creation story I've read.
Though I do think that all the 'gods' have a yin-yang aspect to them, just like we their creation.
Ultimately, we are all playing the cosmic game that the universal consciousness creates.
All consciousness exists forever in this ultimate realm. Anu, Enlil, Enki, Ninki, all of us and the millions of other advanced planets too.
Its no surprise that all the finds by the western world are immediately taken for granted as genuine. While the finds in India are neglected or worse they are labeled fake. Thats hypocratic & snobbish.
Talking of lost ancient cities found world over, how can one ignore the sunken cities found near Dwarka coast, one in Gulf of Cambay & the sunken city off Tamil Nadu coast. All these are certifed finds with the Gulf of Cambay being the oldest, around 31000 BP.
Just wait till the sacrosanct "refugees" now invading Europe start blowing up the Sistine Chapel, smashing the statues of Bernini and Michelangelo, and ruining the cathedrals of Italy, France and Germany. Will any of you give a damn, since their monuments to the Christ you hate?

Don't think you'd need to be grabbing sharks or other marine creatures even if any of it was true.
