I think this project is great. I live near Bent's Old Fort. They built the reproduction near the archeology dig. My Dad took me there during the dig as a child. The many times later to see the reproduction have been rewarding. These reproductions help folks feel like time travelers. As far as I can tell, there's only one drawback. Archeologists a couple thousand years from now will find a reproduction and think it's older than it is..LOL

Hi Tsurugi, Here is a small article about the planetary motion theory. It is a logical concept that explains how life on Earth grew to a maximum size and is now reducing in size. This article refers you to a site that explains all of the maths and physics.

    Terrestrial Evolution Supporting Planetary Motion

Many observations and the latest technologies, new telescopes and measuring techniques, advance math’s and physics are all used to help model our solar system, galaxy and Universe. Theories and models exist that describe how our planets within our solar system have formed and change. Different theories and models exist and it is suggested here that our planets recorded changes in evolution is evidence that provides a logical suggestion of planetary motion.

The motion of Earth considered is the movement towards the sun producing the changing environmental conditions resulting in our evolutionary changes. This motion also explains logically, data that has been recorded in ancient fossil records. Ancient coral rings indicate that a year once had 420 days per year around the Jurassic period. Terrestrial evolution theories define that our once naked planet sprang into life due to its position within the Goldilocks zone. This is the zone where water is stable, too close to the sun and it evaporates and too far away it is frozen. Life grew, changed and flourished and finally produced plants and animals that reached a maximum size when large dinosaurs roamed our planet. Since this time species have been getting smaller and smaller especially seen during the late Pleistocene period where many larger species have reduced in size to smaller species.

The current model for planetary motion suggest that Earth has not changed its distance from the sun and that 420 days per year has occurred because the Earth is slowing down in its rotation. If this is so, then a year would have been the same length but each day would have been much shorter or faster. Now logic suggests that these large dinosaurs would not suit a faster day. They were large and cumbersome and the complete opposite change would be logical. Now we are also aware that creatures have been losing hair suggesting warmer environmental conditions as global warming suggests today.

Let’s consider the possibility now that the Earth is moving closer to the sun. If a revolution was once longer as the radius from the sun was once greater then this would also result in a year having more days. Considering the past 500 million years if the Earth moves fractionally and constantly towards the sun then progressive environmental changes would result. Proportional to a decreasing radius the number of days in a revolution or year would decrease as indicated by the evidence. Likewise, as the distance to the sun decreases a temperature increase would also occur. This basic motion produces simple environmental changes that supports directly the changes in evolution. Hair has been progressively shed as temperature increases. Days and years progressively decrease at first allowing life to spring and evolve, developing and evolving to a point in time or planetary position, where maximum size was established. Continuing along this path both years and days become shorter and smaller as with the adaption of species, more refined, smaller also adapting to the warmer conditions.

    Mercury 1       Venus 1        Earth 365      Mars 670       Jupiter 10504      Saturn 25292

If you could sit on each of our planets this is the number of days, you would experience in a year or revolution. A very simple pattern can be seen. By placing a 420-day year into this sequence it appears logical as to the distance and position Earth would have been located at this point in history.

The consideration of this planetary life-cycle and awareness allows a fuller picture of evolution to become logical. The major aspect here is the movement through the goldilocks zone where water allows the phase of expression of life on Earth at a given moment to be manifested. The Earth has relatively recently passed through the mid-point of the goldilocks zone where water is at a maximum level. Allowing for the changes in time and environmental conditions as a planet gets closer to the sun our exact position in time can be determined. Years before the mid-point are progressively longer and become progressively shorter after this mid-point.

Very interesting theories. I really hope our space neighborhood is not populated. For we have been sending radio waves not just across the face of our green planet, but blissfully out away from us too. For at least a hundred years. Those early broadcasts are a long ways out now. If there are other life forms as or more developed than us, I wonder if they will be amazed or amused. It won't matter though, because, we can't stop now!

I love Pete Wagner's comment. The sentence..But there is still room for improvement.. is spot on. If you think where you live has this under control. I challenge you to do that research. The bigger the city, the bigger the problem. And it all flows to the oceans of the earth. Worse yet, sanitation departments only remove the solids to quietly truck to farmers willing to use it on fields. That's called treatment. Today the scarry part is the pharmaceutical, hormonal, heavy metal, and other toxic chemical components dumped on soil for crops. The ammont of plastic is disturbing. Nearly all soaps and cosmetics are full of micro-beads of plastic. Science is showing plastic doesn't decompose, it only reduces to smaller size. Micro beads are to small already to see or feel. These end in oceans and only get smaller as they pass through progressively smaller life forms. Floating islands of plastic are only the destruction we can see...now. However there are solutions. But like the scientist in the article, it's not cheap, easy, or immediate. Ironically, carbon is our friend in this solution in many ways. Just so you know, archeologists discovered ancient indigenous peoples in the Amazon River basin created the Terra Preta soil that became the rainforest. A people who didn't have the power of the wheel or horses, knew how to use manure and charcoal to help the planet.

Apearantly amphitheaters were only successful in entertaining the already affluent and lazy. It seems the Germanic barbarians were not impressed. I can't help but notice bread and circuses don't placate the masses today either. I imagine archeologists a thousand years from now getting excited digging up Hollyweird, California.

This is the perfect example of why so many like totalitarianism. It works with a thoughtful and caring tyrant. Unfortunately leaders like this are few and far between. Gen. Patton described true leadership as telling people WHAT to do, not HOW to do it. He explained you will be amazed at how creative and productive folks can be given just a little freedom and responsibility. Blessings, happy truth hunting

My friend, try reading the Bible. That was a commandment about not killing people. As it was, the Old Testament is brimming with stories of animal sacrifice, usually done by people who God considered friends, and their sacrifices were pleasing to God.

I love this fable! The peices of evidence and legend are as elusive as the THEORY of human evolution! One over reaching fact that modern archeology is proving is from very ancient times, humans were indeed globe trotters. And very eclectic knowledge was global in antiquity. From pyramids on every continent, to knowledge of the precession of the equinox. This conundrum can only be unraveled with scientists from all fields, astronomy, math, geology, chemists, biology, ect, ect... Example, study of blood types. Until there is freedom of achedemia globally, and the quest for political world domination is ended.. Answers will remain elusive. My personal favorite theory on Atlantis is Antarctica. Seriously though, truth, it ain't gonna happen any time soon. Blessings, happy truth hunting

I applaud all open minded inquiry of ancient evidence. The bottom line is that a main stream dominance of narrative is fascism. The marriage of government ($ ) and industry ( achedemia). Real science is creative experimental inquiry that is duplicatable and scalable. So until the rock on rock hammerers or the parabolic focused laser believers can dupicate these ancient phenomena, we must keep looking with an open mind. Though we have many new ways to determine the age of artifacts, even that is no way difinative either. In the case of ancient megathic stone structures, it's clear we can not duplicate many of them today, and it's also clear that people mainstream archeology say built them, is wrong. Blessings, happy truth hunting!

This is the kinda tale that motivated the 49ers to California and the Yukon. Beale's doesn't add up. Thirty men? Hunting buffalo? In Colorado? Early 1800's? Thousands of pounds of gold, and silver "ore" transported to Virginia? First of all, even a pair of trappers would have trouble slippin past the natives without attention. A party of 30 would have a attention getter from StLouis to Bent's Fort. And that area would be bison hunting country. The plains. There are mountains that had and still do have gold and silver ore, even gems. It would have took a large herd of horses to pack "thousands of pounds" or even 30 riders. To go 2,000 miles east to bury & hide it. A ton is 2,000lbs divided by 200lbs maximum per horse is 10horses. Plus gear, you can't live off the land with out gear( axe, shovel, tents, bedrolls, pots, pans, food, and guns), 10 more horses + 30to ride. That's 50head, but truly not realistic, 100 is more realistic for this expedition. Simply not possible to do with out attracting unwanted attention. Here's what probably really happened if indeed Beale even made the trip at all. He and a few pals found some nuggets of gold panning in Colorado. Possibly a few gems as well. Returned with a tidy 'poke', and when their wealth ran out, their imagination and creativity didn't.
