Konudula Ramakrishna Reddy, born in 1975 at Nossam, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh, India, obtained his M.A (AIHC & Archaeology) in 1999 and PG Diploma in Epigraphy in 1998 from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. He pursued his PG Diploma in Archaeology in 2003 from the Institute of Archaeology, Archaeological Survey of India, New Delhi. He actively participated in excavations at Sravasti (early historical site) in 2002, and Dholavaira (Indus site) in 2003, 2004, and 2005. He joined in the Archaeological survey of India as Assistant Archaeologist in 2005. He worked as a Curator in Nagarjunakonda Island museum from 2005 to 2013. He is presently working as Assistant Archaeologist in Hyderabad Circle, Andhra Pradesh. He qualified with UGC NET in Archaeology in 2012 and Museology & Conservation in June 2013. Presently he is undertaking a part-time PhD on “Rockcut Caves in Andhra Pradesh” in Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
