D. Sennfelt is a medical doctor and practising psychiatrist based in Switzerland. Alongside his clinical work, he pursues independent research at the intersection of geology, archaeoastronomy, and ancient history, with a particular focus on the Ethiopian Rift Valley and Afar region as the proposed geographical origin of the Atlantis tradition. He is the author of the Memories of Atlantis trilogy and its collected edition, Codex Atlantis -- a multi-volume work identifying the Afar Depression as the terrestrial reality behind Plato's account and the cosmological core of humanity's earliest civilizations. His research draws on satellite imagery, paleoclimatology, and comparative mythology to reconstruct a pre-dynastic world largely absent from conventional historiography.
