Alex Chionetti

Alex Chionetti is an award-winning journalist, explorer, and filmmaker. A consulting producer for several seasons of  Ancient Aliens , his documentaries have been broadcast on Fox, NBC, A&E, History Channel, and other international networks. The discoverer of two lost cities in the Andean region and a member of the Explorers Club, he lives near New York City.

 

In this examination of the Tayos Cave complex in Ecuador, the people and myths connected with it, and the treasures glimpsed in its depths, Alex Chionetti shares his more than 30 years of research and personal explorations into the Tayos Caves, along with detailed reconstructions of the controversial expeditions from the 1960s and ‘70s.
