Strong Evidence for Panspermia Theory - Algae Structures Discovered in Meteorite
At the end of December 2012, a large meteorite fell in the countryside of the province Polonnaruwa in Sri Lanka. The local medical research institute gathered samples of the meteorite and examined it, forwarding samples also to the Cardiff University in England.
Researchers from Cardiff University revealed yesterday that they have found organic material that resembles an extinct type of algae in a few of the samples. Jamie Wallis of Cardiff University and his team, have provided all the necessary tests to confirm that the algae found was embedded in the meteorite and was not a contamination after arrival on Earth.
Discoveries like this provide further evidence for Panspermia theory. And there is no doubt that a part of the scientific community is going to try to disprove this new discovery.
