An enormous tomb thought to be that of an empress during the Three Kingdoms period (220-280 AD) was discovered in central China's Henan Province. Situated to the south of Xizhu Village in the Luoyang City, the tomb is 170 ft (52 meters) long and about 44 ft (13.5 meters) wide, expanding to a depth of 39 ft (12 meters) down a ramp, as the people in charge at the Luoyang City Cultural Relics and Archaeology Research Institute announced.
