The Sibold Effect: Beyond Science, History, Ghosts, and the Appalachian Supernatural

Fifteen years ago, a random piece of property deep in the Appalachian Mountains became available and was purchased sight unseen. Soon after closing, the surname 'Sibold' was found written on the bottom corner of the platt. This would start a chain of events that would change the face of history.

Sibold just happened to be the author's mother's maiden name. The author of 'The Sibold Effect' John David Miller, soon discovered that the property he just purchased was connected to three of his first generation grandfathers. This raises the higher question of whether the author came across this property by accident, or was he brought here on purpose and for a reason? He believes the latter.

During a remodeling project, supernatural and paranormal events began to occur that were filmed and photographed by the author. This led to the discovery of an ancient Indian trail covered in rock petroglyphs of unknown origin. Documented with over 300 photographs, the award winning book 'The Sibold Effect'  will explain in detail who brought the author to this place, why he was brought here, and what he was supposed to find buried on the side of a mountain where his ancestors once lived and died.
